Renal Biopsy

Nephrocor offers a broad range of techniques for the diagnosis of native and transplant kidney biopsy specimens including light microscopy, immunofluorescence and diagnostic electron microscopy. Our renal pathologists, who are known nationally and internationally, are recognized by such professional organizations as the American Society of Nephrology, the International Society of Nephrology and the United States-Canadian Academy of Pathology. They provide consultation on all specimens and will contact each client within one to two days of receiving the specimen within our laboratories. Our nephropathologists follow a detailed, yet concise, reporting method allowing your practice to receive reports that are easy to read and images that support the diagnosis and can be used for patient education.

We provide fixative and transport medium-filled specimen containers for light microscopy, immunofluorescence and electron microscopy. Contact your local Pathology Sales Representative or Client Services at 1(866) 939-1825 to request kidney biopsy kits and preaddressed mailers.
